1. Agreement and Changes

  • Using the website or placing an order means you agree to the terms.

  • Terms may change; if changes affect your order, you’ll be notified and can cancel for a full refund.

2. Contract and Orders

  • A contract is only formed when you receive a dispatch confirmation.

  • Orders can be refused (e.g. due to stock or pricing errors).

3. Products

  • Images are illustrative only—actual colours and packaging may vary.

4. Order Changes

  • Changes can be requested after placing an order. If possible, they’ll confirm and advise if it affects price or delivery.

5. Delivery

  • Orders are insured during transit and require a signature upon delivery.

  • You're responsible for the item after it is signed for.

  • They are not liable for delivery delays beyond their control (e.g. customs).

6. International Orders

  • You must follow your local laws regarding imports; the company isn’t liable for any breaches on your end.

7. Cancelling Orders

You can cancel if:

  • The item is faulty or misdescribed.

  • There are contract issues (e.g. pricing errors or delays).

  • You simply change your mind—within 14 days of receiving the item.

You must return the product within 5 business days of notifying cancellation. You may need to cover return shipping unless the cancellation is due to their error.

8. Consumer Rights

Under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), you are entitled to:

  • A full refund within 30 days if the item is faulty.

  • A replacement or refund within 6 months if the item can't be repaired.

  • Some compensation for faults up to 6 years after purchase, if the item fails prematurely.

9. Seller's Right to Cancel

They may cancel the contract if you don’t provide necessary information or accept delivery within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Complaints and Issues

You should contact them directly if there’s a problem with a product.

11. Prices and Payment

  • Prices include VAT but not any customs charges.

  • Price errors may lead to order cancellation.

  • Products must be paid for in full before dispatch.

  • Klarna may be available as a payment method; Klarna's own terms apply.

12. Liability

  • They’re only liable for foreseeable losses due to breach or negligence.

  • Not liable for business-related losses.

  • They don’t limit liability for:

    • Death/personal injury due to negligence

    • Fraud

    • Statutory consumer protections

13. Force Majeure (Events Outside Their Control)

  • They are not liable for delays caused by extraordinary events (e.g. natural disasters, war).

  • If such an event lasts over 30 days, you may cancel and get a refund.

14. Communication

  • “In writing” includes email.

  • Contact is primarily through the details you provided when ordering.

15. Website Use

  • You’re responsible for your account login details.

  • Unlawful or disruptive use of the site is not allowed.

  • You must not copy or exploit website content without permission.

16. Legal Matters

  • English law applies.

  • Legal action can be taken in English courts, or in Scotland/Northern Ireland if you live there.

17. Extras

  • Free antique ring boxes: Assigned by the team based on ring style; cannot be chosen by the customer.

  • Free resizing: Most rings can be resized once for free. Some cannot be resized due to material or design. Average turnaround: 6 working days (up to 14 max).
