Returns
To return a product:
1. Contact us first to request a return. We will reply within 24 hours with confirmation and the return address.
Please do not send any items back without prior communication.
2. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including:
• Padded envelope
• Branded box
• Any included packaging material
• Antique presentation box (if applicable)
• Invoice and gemological certificate (if provided)
4. UK returns must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
For international returns, we will advise on the appropriate courier.
5. Items must be returned unworn and undamaged, in the exact condition they were received.
6. Customised or modified items (including size adjustments) are not eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed within 48–72 hours of receiving the returned item
