As a little boy, I was always fascinated by the idea of finding lost treasures and objects with a mysterious past. Whether it was on the beach, listening to the sea speak its many languages, or exploring antique Roman ruins near my home in Tuscany, I was always searching for little signs of the past. It gave me great pleasure to touch objects that had been held by our ancestors in different times.
I like to believe that my love for jewelry comes from this original curiosity of finding traces of the past. Jewelry is a magical world where every little thing has a story to tell, every stone is a colorful planet, and every diamond is a star in the sky. My journey into the world of jewelry has taken me to many different places and I have followed many different paths. I have listened to different words and seen so much of the universe around me that sometimes it's hard for me to express it all in English. However, everything survives in my eyes and my mind before it comes out in words.
